And now for something completely different

Gas...and oil....planet.

A necessary ingredient the every day stuff we use and touch without a microsecond of a thought.

Propels our transportation, and the essential lube to keep friction at bay. So what the hell is Gas and Oil Planet then? A place of art and inspiration, of all things that consume the petro based product we all rely on ( for the most part, automotive and transportation related themes ).

As a kid, my brother and I would tinker with stuff ( pops probably knew it but we didnt ) to make it go just a tick faster if we could. Wheelies with the riding lawnmower was just the start. A pinstriping brush when I was 14 was another lifelong attraction. As this fast forwards by the decades, the interest never diminished. Other areas of interest added to the experiences, to which, become the essence of how this maintains authenticity to be a legitimate brand.

Most of my career ( and prior to having a career ) has been with a paintbrush or drawing device of one form or another. It was't until 2011 that I had my own 'ah hah' moment with a brush that opened up how I think creatively, and much more. The evolution of what would be named the "Ted Tangle", had been constantly evolving for several years. The simple idea of painting a gas station scene with a single brush, really was a challenge to myself. The first two i  did sold very well, and the desire to continue with these scenes rolls forward. Other 'character' are in the process of being developed currently, and will gradually make it to the spot light.

The encouragement from my peers is vital. Ready to top off the tank, and see where this needs to be refueled next!
